John is the heart and soul of Unlimited Marine. He started the business back in 2000, and for the past 25 years he’s been proudly serving the Lake Cumberland area. As John likes to say, “We’ve come a long way, baby.”
From the very beginning, John’s been a hands-on owner, working right alongside his crew to make sure every customer gets the best service possible. His dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for people have helped him build countless long-lasting relationships over the years — the kind that turn customers into friends.
It’s John’s work ethic and passion for boating that have made Unlimited Marine what it is today: a trusted, family-oriented business that keeps folks on the water year after year.

Kim Stivers – Owner / HR
Kim is the other half of the husband-and-wife team behind Unlimited Marine. Coming from a nursing background, she made the leap to join her husband, John, in building the business and helping it grow into what it is today.
You might see Kim doing just about anything on a given day — from sweeping floors to writing paychecks. She truly believes that it takes a village to make a company successful, and she leads by example every step of the way.
Together, John and Kim have worked hard to make Unlimited Marine feel more like a family than just a workplace. Their dedication to both their customers and their employees shows in everything they do — and it’s a big part of what makes Unlimited Marine such a special place

Eddie has been part of the Unlimited Marine family for over 21 years, and there’s not much he hasn’t seen when it comes to boats and engines. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all kinds of motors and outdrives, and he really shines when working on Westerbeke generators.
Around here, we like to say Eddie’s a “been there, done that” kind of guy — the one you can count on to figure things out and get you back on the water. His experience, work ethic, and easygoing attitude make him a big part of what keeps our customers coming back year after year

Austin Anderson – Service Manager
Austin has been part of the Unlimited Marine team for 8 years, and he’s one of those people who just gets it. As our Service Manager, he keeps everything running smoothly in the shop and makes sure customers get the quality service they deserve.
Austin isn’t just great at managing—he’s an outstanding technician, too. He’s actually the only marine tech in the entire state of Kentucky certified on the Mercury Outboard V12, which is something we’re pretty proud of. He picks up on things fast and has a real knack for diagnosing problems quickly and accurately.
If there’s a tricky issue to solve or a boat that needs special attention, Austin’s the guy who can figure it out and get you back on the water in no time.

Dalton has been with Unlimited Marine for 3 years, and his story is one of pure determination. Before joining the team, he stopped by our shop week after week asking if we needed help — and that kind of persistence made it clear he had the drive we look for.
Since coming on board, Dalton has proven himself to be a dedicated and skilled marine technician. He takes his work seriously and always strives to do things the right way. His attention to detail and commitment to quality make him a valuable part of our team and a big reason why our customers trust us with their boats.

Gunner is one of our up-and-coming marine technicians, and we couldn’t be more proud to have him on the team. He’s been with Unlimited Marine for a little over a year, and in that short time, he’s shown a work ethic like no other.
Even while finishing school and working full time, Gunner continues to impress everyone with his determination and eagerness to learn. He’s picked up a ton of hands-on experience already and will soon be starting his marine certification process — a big step toward what we know will be a bright future in this industry.
We’re excited to see where Gunner’s dedication and drive will take him — the sky’s the limit for this young man.

KJ hasn’t been with Unlimited Marine long — just a few months — but he’s already making a great impression. Around the shop, he’s known as our entertainment, always keeping things light and fun while getting the job done.
KJ is showing real potential to become an outstanding marine technician. His tall, lean build comes in handy too — he can reach those tight, hard-to-get places every technician runs into sooner or later. With his positive attitude and growing skill set, we’re excited to see how far KJ will go in his marine career.

Andrew has been with Unlimited Marine just a few months, but he brings 7 years of marine industry experience with him. He’s a true all-around technician who enjoys every part of the job — from diagnosing big mechanical issues to doing simple oil and filter changes, or even packing trailer bearings. If it needs done, Andrew’s your guy.
He’s also one of our techs who loves working with customers on the water, making sure their boats are running just the way they should. With his experience, skill, and easygoing attitude, Andrew fits right in with the Unlimited Marine team and the customers we’re proud to serve.

Christian is the kind of guy who will always go the extra mile for our customers. It’s not unusual to find him coming in after hours to haul out a boat or lend a hand when someone needs help — even when the shop’s closed.
He catches on quickly and has become very skilled with our Pico System, showing both talent and dedication in everything he does. Christian’s hard work and willingness to step up make him an important part of the Unlimited Marine team and someone our customers can always count on.
